OUT of favour Gillingham striker Delroy Facey could be close to leaving Priestfield after the club revealed two sides were interested in signing him.
The 28-year-old joined Gills from Rotherham last summer but struggled to make an impact, scoring three goals in 35 appearances.
He fell down the pecking order under manager Mark Stimson and joined Wycombe Wanderers on loan in March, scoring twice in eight games.
Facey, who is contracted at Gills for next season, is officially listed for loan or transfer and is now beginning to attract some attention.
Stimson said: “We have been contacted by two clubs so far and they are showing a big interest in Delroy. Now we're just waiting to speak to Delroy and find out what his plans are.”
